Time Limit
The Council will specify during your skills assessment a period within which you must complete any additional academic studies or practical legal training, and apply for admission. It will be no more than five years.
If you do not comply with that requirement, you will have to apply to the Council for a further direction under rule 4.04. That direction may be different from the one with which you failed to comply.
