Where to Undertake Further Studies
Academic studies
Any further academic studies must be undertaken at a university approved by the Council.
Please note that further studies in comparable subjects offered by other institutions will not be accepted.
Admission to study subjects at a university is entirely a matter for the relevant university. A university may require you to pass an English language test before it will admit you to study a subject.
Practical legal training
You can complete the practical legal training requirements by the Council by undertaking the relevant elements of a Practical Legal Training course offered by an approved Practical Legal Training provider in Victoria. Approved PLT providers in Victoria are the Leo Cussen Institute and the College of Law Victoria Pty Ltd.
