Mutual Recognition - Fees

Appliants under the Mutual Recognition Principle must pay the following two fees:

Composite fee - $345.60

If paying in Victoria in person or by agent
this should be paid to:

The Prothonotary Office counter of the Supreme Court

Melbourne

Payment may be tendered in cash, bank cheque, credit card (with the exception of Diner's Club and American Express), money order, direct debit from EFTPOS, personal cheque or cheque drawn on a solicitor’s account. Cheques are payable to “The Prothonotary”. Please ensure that the cash register receipt is imprinted on your Form A.

The office is open from 9.30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Please Note:   Payment can now be made by credit card (with the exception of Diner's Club and American Express).  Personal cheques are also acceptable.

Admission (“Library”) Fee - $560.00

If paying in Victoria in person or by agent this should be paid to:

The Office of the Supreme Court Library
210 William Street
Melbourne

Personal cheques are acceptable. Direct debit from EFTPOS and credit cards are not accepted. Cheques are payable to “Supreme Court Library Fund”. Please ensure the Library cash receipt is firmly attached to your Form A.

In both cases, if paying by post (permitted only to applicants resident outside Victoria), please attach two cheques drawn in the manner described above to your Form A.

The Library is open from 8.30am to 6pm, Monday to Thursday, and 8.30am to 5pm Friday.
